What experience do I need to open a facial spa with Skin Experts by Brentwood Spa?
We are looking for financially qualified, experienced businesspersons or senior executives (with a background in the beauty industry beneficial, but not necessary) who align with our vision, mission, and values. We are excited to offer this exciting opportunity of business ownership to people who are motivated to learn and do well. If you have the proper licensing, or the ability to hire a Spa Director who does, and have solid business management and customer service skills, then our franchise opportunity may be right for you.
What is provided as part of the Skin Experts by Brentwood Spa franchise program?
We offer exceptional support to our franchise owners for an initial investment far lower than the industry standard. That’s because our franchise program was designed to make entry into the market doable for our owners. We want to see you empowered in your new business! In addition to weekly, network-wide, online motivational meetings, you will train, initially, with our team at a location to be determined for x days. We’ll teach you every aspect of the business, from the premium ingredients in our skincare, to how to manage a staff. Plus, we will always be available via phone and email when you need us, and you will have exclusive access to our confidential operations manual, from the moment you are selected to open a facial spa with Skin Experts by Brentwood Spa.
How much will the franchise cost me?
The estimated initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from $375,100 to $865,100. This includes a nominal initial franchise fee of $39,500 for a single territory agreement. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund the initial business growth stages.
Is financing available?
We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners, but we are able to refer to financing sources that are extremely experienced in various financing options.
Are there ongoing fees to pay?
Skin Experts by Brentwood Spa will not collect ongoing revenue-based royalties from franchisees. This is yet another way we differentiate ourselves from other franchise concepts! Instead, franchise owners will purchase the exclusive QÚL Beauty skincare products directly from the franchisor. For a full list of other fees and requirements, please refer to our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
Are there any advertising fees?
There is a minimum amount of advertising required as per the FDD to make certain you have adequate customer traffic. We do not currently have an active brand marketing fund.
What is the term of the agreement?
The initial term of your agreement is 10 years, with 1 subsequent successor agreement options of 10 years each.
